How long do I have to sign up for?

You only have to sign up for a minimum of 3 months.

The monthly licence fee pays for your rent, your service charges, and use of the supplied office equipment - desk, chairs, filing cabinet, telephone and internet connection. You have a receptionist service and an answering facility during office hours, and access to the meeting, training, printing and fax facilities at the adjoining Novus Centre. You are allotted your own business mentor and able to access the free business support that is provided to all businesses in Great Yarmouth.
You need to pay for your own telephone calls and any printing or fax charges.

Our aim is to help you grow your business to a point where you will need to relocate to larger, more permanent premises. For most businesses that process should take no more than two years.

Do you have a sound business plan that clearly articulates how you will grow? If so, your application will be assessed by the Catalyst business panel and you will usually be notified within a fortnight.
|
| If you are accepted, you are required to work with the Catalyst team to help grow your business in accordance with your business plan.
|
| Catalyst is about supporting those businesses that want to grow. If after working with you for an appropriate period, that predicted growth is not realised, you may be asked to vacate. Before that happens, every effort will be made to assist you to attain your business goals.

| If your business has outgrown your licence premises, the Catalyst team will help with your relocation, by sourcing available properties and providing other assistance.

Acceptance into the Catalyst facility depends on much more than whether there is space available. Catalyst has a set of selection rules, which include:
- A business plan must be in place
- Finance must be in place
- The entity must exhibit potential for growth
- The business must be compatible with the objectives of the incubator
- The business must demonstrate willingness to repond positively to advice and mentoring provided
